Shopify: POS Go launch campaign
Some hardware launches feel like spec sheets with a logo. POS Go wasn't that. As copy creative director and narrative lead, I built a campaign with a real point of view: shaping voice, the messaging architecture, the promo video script, and the music direction alongside a cross-functional team. The result: a full go-to-market story that stretched across landing pages, ads, social, direct mail, and email, without ever losing the thread.
