Retail is a crowded space and the Shopify POS website had a conversion problem. I led the writing team through a complete reimagining of how the brand showed up, from information architecture, to tone, to the stories we chose to tell. Working closely with art directors and designers, we rebuilt the website from the ground up to meet new products, new segments, and new customer expectations.
